She comes with experience in operational and team management, strategic planning, policy engagement, business development and project management. Bridget holds a Master of Science degree in Education for Sustainability from London South Bank University.

Marcus Langley is Research Fellow at Big Win Philanthropy. Adept in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, his research expertise includes post-conflict recovery and peacebuilding, humanitarian inclusion, and monitoring and evaluation.

He is contributing author to a book, published by Bloomsbury in , that explores why efforts by the international development community to end violent conflicts have failed. Vikram is a law graduate and his experiences have combined aspects of law and business management. He was an associate with a law firm in Tanzania, where he advised the government on several large and complex projects.

Vikram was then appointed legal manager for a large logistics company operating throughout East and Central Africa.

He was responsible for advising the company on a range of legal matters as well as building and managing extensive networks throughout the region. Vikram has a broad range of operational skills and is experienced in identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth.

His strength is in building relationships and bringing diverse, multicultural teams together under a common set of goals. To achieve this change, relationships must be built with government leaders to empower them and to build capacity from within. Edward Muguza is a Program Director at Big Win Philanthropy US.

With rich experience in both the public and private sectors, Edward is passionate about tackling development challenges in health and entrepreneurship. He began his career as an associate at the Parthenon Group, a business consultancy in Boston, USA, working on public-private education projects and private equity due diligence projects.

Equipped with the fundamentals of business and a desire to work on development challenges, Edward joined the Clinton Health Access Initiative CHAI , where he focused on health financing and HIV prevention across the African continent.

Later, as the Head of Rural Transformation and Sustainable Livelihoods at the Higherlife Foundation, Edward managed the rollout and implementation of a social impact loan program for rural businesses and small holder farmers in Zimbabwe.

Edward holds an MSc in Public Policy from the University of Oxford UK and a BA Hons in Chemistry from Amherst College USA. Lewis Pennell is the Information Technology Manager of Big Win Philanthropy. He has previously managed the delivery of projects such as the deployment of over 60 servers for a globally known search provider and an infrastructure refresh for the Bedfordshire Primary Healthcare Trust.
